Donna Rider, Practice Manager

Donna comes to the hospital as our Practice Manager with extensive experience in strategic planning, development and finance mostly in the health care arena. She enjoys gardening, good books, great poets, skiing and most sports. Only thing better than shiny, fast cars . . . warm, fuzzy pets.

Lori Swackhammer, LVT

Lori has been with the hospital since 1986. She started as a Licensed Veterinary Technician and been a valuable resource in many areas of the hospital since then. Most recently we are pleased to bring her experience and expertise closer to direct patient/client contact setting up your appointments, greeting you when you arrive and ensuring all your needs are met here at the hospital. She is married with 2 children. The Swackhammers have 5 cats, a tank full of fish, 3 gerbils and hermit crabs.

Elaine Vanderpool

Elaine has been with the hospital since May of 1999. She has two sons and a grandson! Of course, Elaine has multiple animals - two dogs and seven cats of all shapes and sizes. Elaine is a Disney addict and most of her free time is spent planning her next trip to Walt Disney World.

Bridget Lambert

Bridget has been with the hospital since May of 2009 and is our Client Care Coordinator. She is married with three children. In her spare time she enjoys making jewelry, reading, baking and spending time with her family. Bridget shares her home with three dogs and six cats.

Andrea Sedore

Andrea has been with hospital since July of 2009. Andrea has a 6 year old daughter named Cassidy, 2 gerbils, 1 dog, 1 cat and a lizard. In her spare time she is the assistant coach of her daughter’s soccer team and enjoys reading books.

Holly Jaen

Holly has been with us on and off for about 5 years. She primarily works as a receptionist for our emergency clinic. In her "spare time" she enjoys crafts and cooking.

Niccole Cusella

Niccole started as a receptionist in May of 2007. She is the proud mother of a wonderful daughter! She has two beautiful Eskimos and two sweet cats. Her free time consists of spending quality time with family, cooking, and watching movies.
