Laura Benjamin
Laura is currently a Binghamton University nursing student and dead set on becoming a “pretend doctor” (nurse practitioner). You’ll usually find her answering the emergency clinic phones on the weekends. She’s an angsty Long Islander who made the permanent move to the southern tier and apologizes profusely for “her people” and their driving skills (or lack thereof). Her two dogs, Gypsy and Slagathor are stark raving lunatics. Laura admits that she likes animals more than people, but chooses human medicine to be in the operating room where patients are unconscious anyway.
